Seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator/Material Handler to manufacture web slings and cargo tie-down products. This position will operate industrial sewing equipment to stitch nylon strap material and attach hardware components while ensuring high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities include operating sewing machines, handling materials, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with various materials.

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr

• Previous sewing machine or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate industrial sewing equipment (training available)
• Experience with material handling and production environments preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders and detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
• Ability to read and write English

Job Duties:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to join and reinforce nylon webbing
• Sew hardware components onto nylon straps for cargo securement products
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy
• Cut nylon webbing using industrial cutting equipment
• Move and organize materials throughout the production area
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Perform various production tasks based on customer requirements

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Experience threading and troubleshooting minor sewing machine issues
• Experience with industrial sewing, cutting, assembly, or general labor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities
• Experience with cargo tie downs, ratchet assemblies, or web sling production is a plus
