Use information from the Job Ticket / print to assemble and produce parts to specifications using, CNC Haas Lathe, manual lathe, Kent Surface Grinder, and Extrude Hone equipment while following all safety procedures and use of proper PPE

• Assemble and finish segmented hex assemblies to print and work instructions
• Maintain organization

• Use surface grinder
• Use Manual lathe to apply assembly radii
• Use hand press to assembly segments
• Use manual or CNC lathe to cut heads to print as required 
• Perform required inspections of sleeves, segments, and completed assemblies 
• Ensure all gages are calibrated and set accurately 
• Ensure careful handling of materials and tools to avoid damage
• Maintain work area cleanliness and organization
• Perform routine machine maintenance (preventive maintenance)

• Work overtime as required to maintain production

• Ability to accurately complete inspection forms 
• Ability to use an optical comparator to perform inspections
• Ability to use required inspection equipment
• Basic math skills
