We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join a local manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position involves liquid painting metal parts using a paint booth and spray equipment to ensure a high-quality finish on fabricated components.

Responsibilities:

• Apply liquid paint coatings to metal parts and components
• Operate spray equipment inside a paint booth
• Prepare surfaces for painting and ensure proper coverage and finish
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist in other areas of the shop when the painting department is slow

• Previous industrial painting experience required
• Experience with liquid paint and spray equipment
• Experience working in a paint booth environment
• Ability to inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed
