We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machine Center Set-Up Operator for a 2nd shift opportunity in Roscoe, IL. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machining centers to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong setup experience, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to maintain tight tolerances in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and program loading
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accurate production
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
• Adjust machine settings (feeds, speeds, offsets) to maintain tolerances
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform minor program edits when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work independently to keep production running efficiently

• CNC milling machine set-up experience (required)
• Experience with CNC machining centers
• Strong blueprint reading and understanding of tolerances
• Proficient with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to troubleshoot and make machine adjustments
• Experience with CNC controls
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Reliable and self-motivated
