Direct Hire Opportunity
The role covers apartment turnovers, tenant work orders, and general repairs - drywall, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, appliance swaps, and light HVAC. Technicians work in the field independently, reporting daily to our maintenance supervisor. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; pay will be competitive with the local market based on experience.
Shift: 8-4:30 - Every 3rd week on call (OT pay and $150 for being on call).
