• Perform quality reviews and edits of peer test plans, reports, correspondence, addenda, supplemental reviews, and billing documentation
• Verify that all documents include the required information in a clear and concise format
• Maintain the quality, content, format, and professional appearance of test plans in accordance with company standards
• Identify and report inconsistencies and ensure that all necessary information is included in customer reports
• Document and report daily discrepancies
