Our client is looking for a dependable Stock Room Attendant to support production by receiving, organizing, and issuing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role combines warehouse, inventory, forklift, and light clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Important: This facility does not use a barcode scanning system. Candidates must be able to accurately count inventory and read, write, and communicate in English.

Schedule: Three-day weekends every week!

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and store incoming materials and parts
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Pick materials for production using work orders and pick lists
• Deliver materials to production departments
• Pull service parts orders and deliver them to the shipping department
• Prepare service kits and warranty packets
• Print production orders, drawings, and inventory reports
• Enter employee time tickets into the computer
• Issue work orders and locate inventory using the computer system
• Perform filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Serve as backup for the Inventory Control Supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong counting and basic math skills
• Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or GED required

Ability to become forklift certified
